Apology for PHP downtime

PHP scripts served via Apache were offline between around 17:00 and 19:15 today. This was inadvertently caused by me not reading /usr/ports/UPDATING before upgrading PHP. FreeBSD now stores the CGI binary as php-cgi; previously it was just php. After the update the suPHP settings were not updated to reflect this change.

I'd like to apologise for the downtime this caused.
